* 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled tour will be issued a full refund without any fees. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for 'no-shows'.

* For discounted tour packages, if you cancel one of the included tours, the remaining tour will be charged at the full price.
