* The duration of the Bus Tour is at least 2.5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Please plan to return to the City in 3 hours.

* The bus is not wheelchair accessible, but there is a place for foldable prams and wheelchairs.

* 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled tour will be issued a full refund without any fees. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for 'no-shows'.

"I cannot see your bus. How do I find you?"

Please, do not look for a bus. We do not meet on a road. Look for the tour guides at the meeting point - Archibald Fountain, Hyde Park North.

"We are planning to take a Taxi to the meeting place."

If you take a Taxi/Uber ride to our meeting place, please ask for ‘St James Train Station’ and then walk inside the park to see the Archibald Fountain (the picture of the fountain is above). Attention: Please do NOT go to 110 Elizabeth Street.
