    * The duration of the Bus Tour is at least 3.5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Please plan to return to the City in 4 hours.

    * The bus is not wheelchair accessible, but there is a place for foldable prams and wheelchairs.

    * 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled tour will be issued a full refund without any fees. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for 'no-shows'.

    * The itinerary provided is intended as a guide and is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to operate the tour as planned, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without prior notice.
